Registration

Registration is FREE and seats are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

What are one way and round trips?

One Way Trip – Picking up your student and dropping them off at their destination

Round Trip – Picking up your student and dropping them off at their destination, picking up students from where they were dropped off and taking them to another destination

Payment

◈ There are three different payment methods, paying per week, every two weeks, or every month, depending on the services needed, regardless of how many or few times the transportation service has been used and are accepted through many forms of payment (Credit, debit, checks, cash, online payments, etc.)

◈ The payments will be done before the service is provided

  • Example: If a day or week of service is requested, a payment will occur before the day or week arrives

◈ Payments are only charged on days requested, one can request as many or as few days for their student.

◈ With a parental or guardian authorization, WESRO Transportation offers to pick up a sick child from school the same day.

  • If a round trip or one way in the afternoon (pick up from school) was requested the day the sick student is being picked up, no additional fee will be added.
  • If a one way trip was requested in the morning (drop off at school) or the parent/guardian did not request a trip for the student the day they are being picked up sick, an additional fee will be added.

◈ If your student’s school was canceled due to inclement weather, you will get a full refund

◈ If our monthly payment system does not align with you due to financial reasons, or any other reasons/concerns, please contact us to accommodate you accordingly

Billing Policy

Monthly transportation payments are made regardless of how many or how few times our transportation service was requested. A bill detailing all the requests will be sent to the parent/guardian via email when payments are due. If there are any issues with the bill sent out please contact us by calling us at 301-830-3062 (English) / 240-779-3833 (Spanish) or emailing us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If a parent/guardian was unable to make a payment, please contact us immediately, we want to be as accommodating as possible regardless of your situation. No additional fee will be added for a payment made 5 days later, after that an additional $10 fee will be added.

Refund and Cancellation Policies

If a parent/guardian needs to cancel a one-way or round-trip trip for their students, they need to let us know 24 hours in advance so we can act accordingly and a FULL REFUND will be provided, which will be reflected on their bill.

If a one way trip is changed to a round trip or vice versa, please contact us 24 hours beforehand so that we are able to act accordingly. Refunds or additional costs will occur depending on the change.
